Our in-house research and development team could handle customized design required by various applications. Advanced analyzer, reliable experiment equipment and simulation software are applied to the preliminary design process. We could manage an efficient delivery of prototype a week later than approval of product specification from customer, supported by 3D printing technology. We could come up with practical solution based on information offered by customers, like GERBER file, electrical characteristics, specification data, PCB layout, etc.

Manufacture equipment

Toroidal core winding machine is applied to enwind the enamelled wire around the core. Lead-free soldering compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations is managed by in-plant soldering machine. We have plenty of machines handling soldering task from different assembly lines at the same time, with fully automatic soldering machine, semi-automatic soldering machine, and manual soldering machine always ready to feed the growing need of production. 5 meter infrared tunnel oven could deal with baking of hundreds of items at a time, and we have 6 ovens like this located in various workshops. Vacuum immersed varnishing machine is available for product varnish process after winding and soldering. As for the marking of production code and part number and any other content for printing required by customers, we have 4 sets of ink printers to handle it, and both colors, black and white, are available for option.
